Describe the project.:
This project is focused on developing an integrated suite of modules that will automate key tasks and operational streams as a forward-looking professional services organization. These modules will form the core of a new product offering from WizeWerks, aimed at enhancing efficiency, security, and business insights through advanced automation and AI-driven processes.
Areas of Expertise:
1. DevOps Research and Assessment (DORA) / Engineering Productivity Frameworks:
This area will focus on automating the collection and analysis of DORA metrics (DevOps Research and Assessment) and other engineering productivity data. The goal is to automatically assess the effectiveness of software development and operational workflows, offering small to mediums businesses deep insights into their productivity and stability through AI driven approach
2. Application and Infrastructure Security:
We are seeking candidates who specialize or have an interest in security and attempting to building automated penetration testing modules that continuously scan and identify vulnerabilities in both application and infrastructure layers. This module will automate security checks, providing businesses with real-time insights into their security posture, as well as immediate recommendations for mitigating identified risks.
Business Impact:
This suite of modules will serve as a highly automated solution for professional services companies, streamlining many of their core operational tasks. By using LLMs, we aim to deliver powerful, real-time ROI insights that will help business owners and executives:
• Identify security risks and productivity bottlenecks without the need for manual audits.
• Automate much of their decision-making processes by providing AI-generated recommendations tailored to their specific business needs.
• Focus resources on high-impact areas identified through data-driven, automated assessments.

Candidate Responsibilities:
Candidates will work on creating sophisticated frameworks that extract and analyze information from a wide variety of software systems. Their primary responsibility will be to automate these data flows, ensuring that key insights into security and operational efficiency are generated with minimal manual intervention.
Specific tasks include:
• Automating the generation of reports using DORA metrics and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to help businesses improve their DevOps practices.
• Automating penetration testing and security monitoring processes, with a focus on continuous vulnerability scanning and reporting.
• Developing extraction tools to gather and process data from CI/CD pipelines, operational logs, and other systems to evaluate productivity.
• Integrating this data into custom-built Large Language Models (LLMs), which will generate executive-level ROI analyses and action plans.
