The "Process optimization for financial and administrative efficiency" project focuses on streamlining and optimizing Camrose Dental's financial and administrative operations. By improving bookkeeping practices and administrative workflows, this project will significantly enhance the overall operational efficiency and patient experience. The primary goals are to automate routine administrative tasks, optimize the insurance verification process, and introduce technological solutions for data management and patient interactions.
The project will involve the integration of modern bookkeeping tools to automate financial processes, enhance insurance verification workflows, and implement digital systems for administrative data management. The overall objective is to develop a lean, efficient, and patient-focused administrative process that can serve as a benchmark for dental practices in the region.
