What is the project about? STI Polishing Fluid & Electronic Grade Silica Sol
What is the main goal of the company ( a final product, software, knowledge in a specific area, etc)?
For STI: Complete the screening, synthesis, and preparation of basic nanometer cerium oxide powder, to the laboratory-level preparation, testing, and verification of STI polishing slurry for shallow trench isolation layers of integrated circuits, and obtain relevant intellectual property rights.

For Silica sol: Complete the synthesis, preparation, purification, and concentration of electronic-grade silica sol, to the laboratory-level preparation, testing, and verification of integrated circuit copper and copper barrier layers or tungsten polishing slurries, and obtain relevant intellectual property rights.Competing products:
Nissan Chemical Corporation LS-1, LS-2; FUSO industries PL-1, PL-2L.
What are the main tasks to be performed by the candidate?
Responsible for the R&D strategic planning of the entire project, formulation of R&D plans, technical team recruitment and management, and project supervision and operation. Including but not limited to clarifying project goals, scope, budget, etc., monitoring key phases, controlling quality, and adjusting project plans according to project progress and market demand. Organize the application and maintenance of patents and copyrights to protect the project's technological achievements.
What methodology/techniques are to be used?
Standard processing methods for STI and silica sol.
Required expertise/skills:
- Over 8 years of R&D experiences, minimum 5 years of leading role.
- Candidates with R&D management experience in listed companies in the same industry is preferred.
- Have experience in independently undertaking or participating in the development of semiconductor materials and achieving corresponding results.
- Good academic presentation skills。
- Mandarin is preferred.
