Describe the project.: 

Project Overview
The objective of this innovation project is to identify, research, and validate high-potential market verticals for Pairity's proven decision intelligence infrastructure. While our technology is sector-agnostic, we have prioritized insurance and recruiting as primary exploration areas given their alignment with our core capabilities in complex decision-making environments.

Project Scope
The successful candidate will lead a comprehensive strategic discovery process, including:
• Market Intelligence: Conducting in-depth market research and competitive landscape analysis for target verticals
• Stakeholder Engagement: Performing structured interviews with industry experts and potential customers to identify key pain points, unmet needs, and market opportunities
• Solution Mapping: Developing detailed use cases that demonstrate how our core technological capabilities address specific business challenges
• Strategic Planning: Building compelling business cases and outlining go-to-market strategies for the most promising vertical

Expected Deliverable
The project will culminate in a comprehensive market entry playbook that validates our commercialization strategy and establishes clear product-market fit for target segments. This strategic framework will include detailed go-to-market strategies tailored to specific market verticals, customer segments, and geographic regions, providing Pairity with the strategic foundation and confidence to successfully enter and scale within new markets.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical acumen, strategic thinking capabilities, and a proactive, results-driven approach to business development.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in market research, business analysis, and qualitative research methodologies
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from industry stakeholders, including comfort with cold outreach and relationship building
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex findings clearly
• Track record of synthesizing multifaceted information into actionable strategic recommendations
• Self-starter mentality with demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward without extensive oversight

Preferred Qualifications:
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience in early-stage business development, lead generation, or market entry initiatives
• Comfort with proactive outreach activities including cold calling, networking, and relationship development
• Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems, B2B business models, or technology commercialization processes
