About the company:
kiloBryte is developing Paige, an easy-to-use video-calling and support app designed for seniors and their caregivers. Paige combines intuitive design with accessibility features that reduce technology barriers for aging populations. The company is focused on bridging gaps in communication and care by making technology more supportive, secure, and user-friendly. Day-to-day, kiloBryte manages product development, caregiver and user engagement, and pilot programs to refine Paige for large-scale deployment.
Describe the project.:
This project will focus on rolling out and coordinating an in-home trial of Paige devices, ensuring smooth delivery, setup, and feedback collection from seniors and their caregivers. The Marketing & Program Coordinator intern will design and manage the end-to-end participant experience. They will schedule and track device deployments, support users through onboarding, and implement structured methods for gathering and analyzing feedback.
The role goes beyond routine operations by creating a repeatable trial management framework that can scale across future pilots. This includes developing standardized communications (welcome kits, training guides, follow-up surveys), setting up feedback loops (interviews, digital forms, usability checks), and coordinating across product and development teams to ensure trial insights translate into product enhancements.
To complement user-facing responsibilities, the intern will also support the development of a marketing and engagement strategy that positions Paige as a trusted senior-care technology. This includes drafting case studies, trial success stories, and user testimonials that can be leveraged in B2B outreach.
By the end of the internship, kiloBryte expects to have a tested and documented process for managing in-home trials, along with validated user insights that reduce barriers to adoption, improve user experience, and accelerate commercialization.
