Describe the project.:
This project focuses on enhancing Nightingale’s sales operations and data management capabilities through the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and the optimization of day-to-day sales processes. Designed to strengthen cross-departmental collaboration and improve sales efficiency, the initiative will support Nightingale’s continued growth as a leading Canadian manufacturer recognized for craftsmanship, innovation, and operational excellence.
The primary goal of the project is to establish a streamlined, data-driven sales infrastructure that empowers representatives with accurate insights, efficient tools, and transparent communication channels. By centralizing customer information and automating manual workflows, the initiative will enable better lead tracking, performance analysis, and customer relationship management across the organization.
The project combines process development, technology integration, and change management. Key components include migrating data into the new CRM, designing standardized reporting systems, training users, and aligning workflows between sales, marketing, and production. These activities will be supported by continuous feedback loops and performance monitoring to ensure lasting adoption and measurable impact.
Operationally, the project emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and adaptability. It will provide the sales team with real-time access to client information, improve response times, and enhance coordination on quoting, order management, and production scheduling. The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining data integrity, supporting user engagement, and driving process improvements that align with Nightingale’s customer-first philosophy.
