Describe the project.:
KoSh AI is an intelligent dispatch decision-support platform designed to improve operational efficiency and profitability for mid-sized trucking fleets. Every day, dispatchers make critical decisions regarding load assignments, routing, driver utilization, and compliance under significant time pressure while navigating fragmented data across transportation management systems (TMS), electronic logging devices (ELD), GPS platforms, fuel systems, and regulatory tools. The lack of real-time decision intelligence often results in increased deadhead miles, underutilized assets, compliance risks, and reduced profitability.
KoSh AI addresses this challenge by creating an AI-powered operational intelligence layer that consolidates data from multiple sources and delivers real-time recommendations at the point of dispatch. The platform evaluates operational, financial, and compliance factors simultaneously to identify optimal load, route, and driver assignments. Over time, the system learns fleet-specific operating patterns and continuously improves its recommendations through machine learning and feedback loops.
Built on over 20 years of industry experience, KoSh AI combines domain expertise with applied artificial intelligence to solve a significant productivity challenge in the trucking sector. The project aims to advance AI-driven decision support for logistics operations while improving fleet profitability, reducing inefficiencies, and strengthening the competitiveness of Canada's transportation industry.
