Describe the project.:
Carbon Saver is launching its Plugin BIM, a Deep Tech solution that automatically generates optimized technical plans inside BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD), making design up to 10x faster while reducing a project's environmental impact. The first module (electrical) launches in September 2026. Because the product is new, its customer adoption experience must be built. This innovation project asks the intern to design the onboarding and customer success process and a feedback loop turning user insights into product improvements. Main tasks: deploy a structured onboarding journey; support first users and build a repeatable method to capture and prioritize feedback; translate feedback into prioritized specifications feeding the product roadmap; measure adoption, retention, and time-to-value through a dashboard. Methodology: user-journey mapping, interviews, feedback synthesis, prioritization, and KPI design. Expected outcomes: a scalable onboarding process, a feedback-to-product mechanism, and a customer success framework.

Le premier module (électricité) est lancé en septembre 2026. Le produit étant nouveau, l'expérience d'adoption client reste à bâtir. Ce projet confie au stagiaire la conception du parcours d'accompagnement et de succès client et d'une boucle de rétroaction transformant les retours en améliorations produit. Tâches : déployer un parcours d'intégration ; accompagner les premiers utilisateurs et bâtir une méthode reproductible pour capter et prioriser les retours ; traduire les retours en spécifications priorisées alimentant la feuille de route ; mesurer l'adoption, la rétention et le temps d'atteinte de la valeur via un tableau de bord. Méthodologie : cartographie du parcours, entretiens, synthèse des retours, priorisation, indicateurs. Résultats : un processus d'intégration évolutif, un mécanisme de rétroaction produit et un cadre de succès client.
Required expertise/skills:
Profile: a student in architecture or environmental sciences who understands how architects and designers work. Core skills: studies in architecture, design, or environmental sciences, with an interest in sustainability and ecodesign; familiarity with the architecture, engineering and construction sector and, ideally, BIM tools (Revit, ArchiCAD); strong interpersonal and communication skills to support professional users; clear written and spoken French and English (bilingual); an analytical mindset comfortable with simple KPIs and organizing feedback; structured and autonomous. Useful assets: interest in cleantech or building certification (LEED); exposure to customer success, product management, or SaaS. Domain understanding matters most.
