About the company: 

SBC developed a cloud based point of sales software for small and independent brick and mortar businesses. The idea was born during Covid lockdown where small merchants were the ones who lost the most.

The PoS is packed with features that helps merchant save money and bring new customers.

Describe the project.: 

The project aims at developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan. Project activities include:

  • Conduct market research to assess the competive environment and customer requirements
  • Provide feedback for software imporvement based on market data
  • Identify the targeted customers profile and the best social media channels to reach them
  • Develop a lead generation plan through ads and social media campaign posts creating content and choosing the most relevant social media platform to be utilized for launch
  • Process and qualify generated leads for sales team members engagement and follow up
  • Report on effectiveness of marketing plan and quality of leads

 

Required expertise/skills: 

Target marketing, social media advertisement, sales, project management, and software QC.

Coding is not required, but good understanding of software development process is preferred.
