Their product lines include ergonomic task chairs, executive chairs, conference chairs, lounge seating, stackable chairs, heavy-duty/24-hour chairs, and healthcare seating.

Nightingale is currently aiming to grow our business by expanding sales into current and new markets, upgrading our operations, and adopting digital technologies. This includes improving efficiency, modernizing systems, and enhancing customer service. These changes will help us scale sustainably and stay competitive in a fast-changing environment.

Describe the project.:

This project aims to strengthen Nightingale’s brand presence and market engagement through the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives. As a Canadian manufacturer renowned for precision, craftsmanship, and ergonomic innovation, Nightingale seeks to enhance how its story of performance and design excellence is communicated to architects, designers, dealers, and end users.

The primary goal of this project is to modernize Nightingale’s marketing operations by establishing a coordinated, data-informed, and design-driven marketing strategy. This includes building a unified marketing calendar, optimizing content for social, web, and print channels, and improving internal coordination between sales, design, and leadership teams.

The project will combine strategic planning with creative execution, ensuring that every marketing deliverable—product collateral, digital campaigns, presentations, and events—reflects the company’s commitment to quality and innovation. The Marketing Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage freelancers and external partners, and develop streamlined workflows for content creation and campaign delivery.

Methodologically, the project integrates marketing strategy, design thinking, and performance analytics. It will measure success through engagement metrics, lead conversion, and sales enablement outcomes.

Expected outcomes include a comprehensive marketing communication system, enhanced brand consistency, and stronger alignment between marketing and sales activities. By bridging traditional craftsmanship with modern marketing practices, this project will enable Nightingale to elevate its market position, expand its audience reach, and reinforce its identity as a benchmark in ergonomic design and Canadian manufacturing excellence.
