Describe the project.: 

Specialist physicians across Canada face significant administrative burden in generating consult and follow-up notes, a challenge that directly impacts time with patients, delays documentation, and reduces efficiency in clinical workflows.
At Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH), oncology specialists in radiation, medical, hematologic, and gynecologic oncology each face extensive pre-visit preparation and post-visit documentation requirements, often involving hundreds of pages of referral materials, imaging, and test results.
Unlike traditional AI scribes, CleverConsult is a first of its kind, full service specialist documentation platform that reads referral packages, patient questionnaires, and leverages a specialist focused scribe to deliver the best note in the market for a specialist. CleverConsult’s platform streamlines the documentation process and differs from traditional AI scribes. RVH has a bring your own scribe policy; CleverConsult will provide an enhanced experience for specialists at RVH who face significant documentation workloads.
This project will pilot CleverConsult with the oncology teams at RVH, evaluating its ability to improve efficiency, quality, and physician experience in one of the most documentation-intensive specialties.
