Describe the project.: 

Halionix is developing an AI-powered video production platform that automates the creation of professional-quality videos using advanced generative AI technologies, including Seedance 2.0. Rather than functioning as a standalone video generator, the platform provides an end-to-end workflow that enables users to transform ideas, scripts, or business requirements into complete videos with minimal manual effort.

The innovation lies in developing an intelligent orchestration platform that coordinates multiple AI models and services throughout the production pipeline. The platform manages script generation, storyboard creation, character and scene consistency, image generation, video generation through Seedance 2.0, voice synthesis, subtitles, editing, quality assurance, and final rendering. It also incorporates workflow automation, prompt optimization, asset management, and reusable templates to improve production efficiency and consistency.

The candidate will research and evaluate state-of-the-art generative AI models, design and implement the platform architecture, develop prompt engineering and workflow orchestration techniques, integrate Seedance 2.0 and supporting AI services through APIs, optimize generation quality, speed, and cost, and build automated quality control mechanisms. The candidate will conduct iterative testing, benchmark model performance, and refine the platform based on user feedback and business requirements.

The project will employ agile software development, rapid prototyping, AI workflow orchestration, prompt engineering, API integration, model benchmarking, user-centered design, and data-driven evaluation. The expected outcome is a scalable AI-powered platform that enables businesses to rapidly create consistent, high-quality marketing, educational, training, and social media videos while significantly reducing production time and cost.

Required expertise/skills: 

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about artificial intelligence, generative AI, and short-form video content creation. The ideal candidate is curious about emerging AI technologies and eager to explore how multiple AI models can be combined to automate creative workflows and produce engaging video content.

Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, image generation models, AI video generation platforms (e.g., Seedance 2.0), prompt engineering, or content creation is desirable but not required. Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript), familiarity with APIs, and an understanding of AI workflows are considered assets.

The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. An interest in social media trends, storytelling, digital marketing, or short-video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts is highly desirable.

Assets include experience with video editing software, UI/UX design, content strategy, or previous AI-related projects. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is excited to experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to building the next generation of AI-powered video creation tools.
