Describe the project.: 

EngageIQ/InstructorOne: 1. help identify and resolve stability and performance issues preventing scaling to our target of 20 concurrent sessions on that platform (stretch goal of 100); 2. scaling pass so we can handle 400+, optimizing the AI's for cost/quality, building out multi tenant platform. 3. using the data to build some smaller custom AI's for targeted tasks.

Conduit: consulting with clients to understand how they operate, and how their data systems work, identify data weaknesses, build a data enrichment system from our tools, and help migrate to a data focused operation so we can build AI systems on top of the result.

Required expertise/skills: 

Experience working with AI development tools, particularly Claude.
