About the company:

IDENTOS Inc. is a Toronto-based identity and access management company founded in 2014 by Mike Cook and Hamid Arabzadeh. From inception, IDENTOS has focused on solving one of the hardest problems in digital government and healthcare: enabling people and
organizations to access sensitive digital services with security, privacy, and trust built in by design.

Describe the project.:

IDENTOS is launching PolicyArc, a next-generation Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) platform purpose-built for Canada's enterprise and regulated industries — financial services, insurance, health, energy and utilities, and government at all levels. PolicyArc separates authorization logic from application code through a Policy Enforcement Point / Policy Decision Point (PEP/PDP) architecture, enabling organizations to define, centralize, and audit fine-grained, attribute- and context-aware access decisions rather than relying on brittle, role-based permissions. The platform ships with a library of pre-built policy packs mapped directly to Canadian regulatory obligations — including OSFI B-10/B-13/E-21/E-23, FINTRAC PCMLTFA, PHIPA, PIPEDA and Bill C-27, ITSG-33/CCCS guidance, TBS Zero Trust direction, NERC CIP, PCI DSS 4.0, and AIDA/Bill C-26 — shortening the path from procurement to compliant deployment.
