About the company:
Able Innovations is an early-stage Robotics company in the healthcare space. Able has deployed patient transfer devices in multiple hospitals, across sites in Canada and the US.
Our powered transfer platform enables smoother, safer and more dignified patient mobility - empowering healthcare teams and protecting caregivers from injury.
Describe the project.:
The primary goal is to accelerate the market expansion and adoption of the ALTA Platform across target clinical and administrative healthcare sectors. Standard direct-sales methods face long adoption cycles in healthcare.
To overcome this, the company is developing and testing an innovative, scalable Go-To-Market (GTM) conversion framework that combines automated outreach, experiential product demonstrations, and data-driven event marketing.
This innovation project moves beyond traditional sales support by designing and piloting an integrated market expansion model. The intern will utilize quantitative lead-scoring, data segmentation, and lean GTM experimentation methodologies to identify optimal acquisition channels, map decision-maker personas, and refine lead conversion workflows.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
• Market Opportunity Analysis: Conduct structured research to identify high-potential clinical and administrative market segments and map key buyer personas.
• GTM Automation & Pipeline Optimization: Design and test automated outreach campaigns in the CRM to systematically capture, track, and qualify target prospects.
• Experiential Demo Framework: Assist in refining the ALTA Platform demonstration process, creating tailored pitch workflows that address distinct clinical versus administrative operational pain points.
• Event Conversion Strategy: Design and manage an end-to-end event marketing process for industry conferences and implementing pre-event targeted outreach, on-site logistical operations, and post-event conversion analytics to measure engagement ROI.
