About the company:

Mediology Media is western Canada's largest independent media planning and buying agency. Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Langley, British Columbia, Mediology serves clients across Canada and internationally. The agency specializes in media strategy, planning and buying across digital and traditional channels, helping brands of all sizes maximize campaign impact and return on investment. Mediology combines deep industry expertise with sophisticated research tools and technology partnerships to deliver measurable results. The agency serves clients across a broad range of sectors including telecommunications, retail, agriculture, healthcare and events. As a privately held independent agency, Mediology has built a strong reputation as a trusted alternative to large multinational media networks, grounded in a philosophy of integrity, trust and respect.

Describe the project.:

Mediology Media is seeking to design, build and implement a connected agentic AI framework that will transform how artificial intelligence is used across the agency. Rather than deploying isolated AI tools, this initiative will create a secure, scalable ecosystem of AI agents integrated with Mediology's existing systems and embedded into everyday workflows.

The project will be executed across four phases. In Phase 1, the project team will conduct a thorough discovery and opportunity assessment, including employee interviews, workflow mapping, technology evaluation and AI readiness assessment, culminating in a prioritized roadmap and governance recommendations. In Phase 2, the team will design, build and deploy a series of high-value pilot agents targeting the most impactful opportunities identified during discovery. In Phase 3, individual agents will be connected into a unified internal AI platform providing secure, consistent access for all employees. In Phase 4, the team will drive adoption through training, documentation, best practice guides and ongoing productivity measurement.

Priority use cases include an automated project management agent integrated with Basecamp; an AI-assisted billing and data entry workflow for e·SilentPartner; an AI-powered research assistant for audience and competitive analysis; and a campaign performance analyst that synthesizes data across advertising platforms into actionable insights and executive summaries.

By project completion, Mediology expects to have a clear enterprise AI strategy, several production-ready AI agents delivering measurable operational efficiencies, increased employee capacity for strategic and client-facing work, and a repeatable innovation framework for ongoing AI deployment.
