My name is Afsaneh (Anna) Nafisi; I am an immigrant woman and was deaf since birth. My visual sense is very strong and important in my life! My love for flowers comes from my childhood where I grew up amongst the fragrant roses, eucalyptus, fruit and nut trees!
Arum Lily Flower Shop was born from the love of quality flowers, with a unique and classic style; to bring this inspiration alive and spread it to the world around us! We choose to educate our guests as soon as they walk through our door! Knowledge and inspiration are key!
Arum Lily Flower Shop provides fresh and faux flowers and handmade gifts by spectacular artisans! We serve and deliver within Edmonton and surrounding areas. At Arum Lily Flower Shop we truly care about providing the best possible quality and service to our wonderful and special clientele!

Social media and advertising are the keys to bringing our gorgeous flowers and gifts to the outside world! Our flowers need to dance on as many platforms as possible, such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, X etc. to reach a wide variety of people from all around our exciting and precious planet! Reaching more people and growing them into our clients, increases sales and profits!
By increasing our online presence, this in turn increases interest in our product. By focusing on social media on a very regular basis, we bring awareness and interest to potential clients! We offer workshops to educate and promote all the special things we do! With effective communication and creative ideas, we build strong relationships with regular and new clientele, which will continue to grow our business and in turn increase sales, cash flow and profits!
Teaming up with community is a great way to build relationships close to home. By working amongst our neighbors, we show and showcase us! Our integrity shows WHO we are. HOW we help out when needed in times of crisis and good times. WHERE ever we are needed. WHAT we stand for and WHY do we do what we do! In the end it's all about caring and making others come 1st and making them feel so wonderful! People won't remember what you say but they WILL REMEMBER HOW YOU MADE THEM FEEL!
Showcasing our involvement in the community on social media brings attention to certain causes and events, concerns and solutions. Genuinely caring builds a positive image of our business and the people who work within the business. Positiveness builds a mutual respect from clerk to customer and visa Versa. All of these avenues build towards bigger sales and profits!
Expertise ou compétences exigées:
In the ever-changing world of social media, the candidate must know how to work with all different social media platforms, have effective and creative communication skills to effectively be able to attract and keep any potential clients. They would have to show an increase in follower numbers and engagement, by planning give aways, events, etc.
As a prerequisite, the candidate should have a degree in business and business marketing, be fluent in the English language, as to be able to communicate with potential large contracts and in person meetings. Collab with other social media vendors.
