Au sujet de l’entreprise:

County Stage Company is a professional not-for-profit theatre organization based in Prince Edward County, Ontario. Since 2006, the company has produced a diverse summer repertory season including contemporary plays, musicals, comedy, and new play development, presented in collaboration with key regional venues. County Stage plays a vital role in the region’s cultural tourism economy, drawing audiences from across the County as well as visitors from Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and beyond.

Under new artistic and management leadership, the company is expanding its programming, strengthening community engagement, and building year-round artistic activity. As County Stage grows, the organization is working to deepen its connection with local residents while also becoming a premier cultural destination for visitors. Strengthening marketing strategy and audience development is essential to this next phase of growth, and this internship will directly support County Stage’s long-term sustainability, brand visibility, and regional economic impact.

Veuillez décrire le projet.:

County Stage Company is strengthening its administrative and producing infrastructure to support the demands of an expanding repertory season, increased community engagement, and long-term organizational growth. To assist in this transition, the organization seeks a Producer Intern focused on improving ticketing systems, maintaining key organizational databases, and supporting the Managing Director in developing efficient operational workflows. This project emphasizes strategic systems development rather than routine administrative work.

The intern will analyze and optimize County Stage’s ticketing processes across multiple venues and platforms, assessing customer experience, data quality, pricing structures, and reporting mechanisms. They will support migration, cleanup, or enhancement of ticketing-related data to create consistent and reliable information for marketing, fundraising, and audience development initiatives.

The intern will also maintain and refine the company’s volunteer, donor, and sponsor databases, helping to standardize entries, track engagement, and build tools that support stewardship, cultivation, and relationship management.

Additionally, the intern will assist the Managing Director in identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for system improvement within audience services, patron communication, and event operations. Their research will include benchmarking best practices from comparable arts organizations and evaluating software solutions, workflows, and customer relationship management tools.
Methodologies will include workflow mapping, data audits, system testing, comparative research, and the development of administrative tools and templates. Deliverables include optimized ticketing workflows, a clean and well-structured CRM dataset, improved database protocols, and recommendations for future system enhancements.

This internship will increase County Stage’s organizational efficiency, improve patron experience, strengthen audience and donor data integrity, and support the company’s long-term strategic objectives.
