Veuillez décrire le projet.: 

The project will focus on researching, designing, and implementing AI-assisted business process automation within the company’s Revenue Operations function. The goal is to reduce manual, repetitive, and error-prone work across sales, partnerships, finance, and operations by connecting existing business systems through automated workflows.
The candidate will identify and document current business processes, analyze manual handoffs and bottlenecks, and determine where automation or AI can provide measurable improvements. They will design, build, test, and maintain workflows using n8n, APIs, LLMs, and core business systems such as HubSpot. Potential projects include automating quote-to-cash processes, improving CRM data quality, automating reporting and KPI summaries, supporting lead routing, and generating AI-assisted sales and account research.
The candidate will also measure the impact of each automation by comparing factors such as time saved, error rates, and process cycle times before and after implementation. This will help determine whether solutions should be expanded or further improved.
The methodology will combine process mapping, requirements analysis, workflow design, API integration, software development, AI experimentation, testing, and iterative improvement. LLMs will be evaluated for appropriate business use cases, with attention to reliability, validation, and guardrails. Each solution will be documented through technical documentation and runbooks and demonstrated to relevant stakeholders.
The project will produce working automations that can operate in a production environment, along with measurable evidence of their business impact. The broader objective is to establish repeatable approaches for using AI and automation to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and decision-making across the organization.

Expertise ou compétences exigées: 

The candidate should have strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with an interest in applying AI and automation to real business processes.
Required skills include:
 Working proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
 Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
 Ability to analyze and map business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
 Strong understanding of data flows, system integrations, and workflow logic.
 Ability to design, build, test, troubleshoot, and document automated workflows.
 Strong analytical skills and an ability to measure process performance and automation impact.
 Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
 Ability to work independently, investigate problems, and adapt to changing requirements.
Assets include experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or Microsoft Power Automate; LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic; prompt engineering; HubSpot or Salesforce; SQL; and business intelligence or reporting tools.
Additional experience with AI workflow design, data quality, CRM systems, SaaS platforms, Revenue Operations, or business process automation would be beneficial.
