Au sujet de l’entreprise:

Mergen AI builds graph-based, multi-agent AI systems for regulatory compliance automation. Our flagship product is a unified compliance workspace that executes regulatory workflows end to end. It centralizes compliance data, generates regulatory forms and documents, and produces submission-ready dossiers, with AI agents doing the work and humans in the loop for oversight. Every execution and approval is captured in a Compliance Context Graph, which delivers auditability, traceability and automation that keeps improving.

Veuillez décrire le projet.:

The project will build a new go-to-market capability: a repeatable, data-driven brand and PR program for the company and its founder. Enterprise compliance buyers are hard to reach and slow to trust new AI vendors, and early-stage startups rarely have a structured way to build credibility with them. The intern will design and test this approach.

Main tasks:
● Map how AI startups and enterprise software companies build
their brands and earn PR. From this, define Mergen AI’s
positioning, audience segments and key messages.
● Plan and run 2–3 week “micro-campaigns.” Each tests one
idea, one format and one audience on LinkedIn, X, short-form
video and the company blog.
● Produce founder-focused and company-focused content: blog
articles, product demo videos, posts and newsletters.
● Launch partnerships with influencers in AI, compliance and
quality, and pitch tech and trade media.
● Build a measurement framework covering reach, engagement,
follower growth and inbound leads, and use it to keep the
formats that work and drop the ones that don’t.

Method: audience and competitor research, structured campaign
experiments (A/B testing of hooks and formats), AI-assisted content
production with editorial review, and weekly analytics reviews.
Deliverables (other than daily posts and content): a brand playbook, a
campaign library with results, and a documented content system the
company keeps using after the internship.

Expertise ou compétences exigées:

● Strong writing in English, including hooks, short-form copy,
blog articles and press pitches.
● Demonstrated PR, branding or social media skills, shown
through a portfolio or personal pages (LinkedIn, Instagram,
TikTok, YouTube, a blog or Substack) with results the
candidate created.
● Short-form video skills: scripting, filming on a phone, and
editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
● Visual design in Canva, Figma or Adobe Express.
● Social media management and analytics, such as LinkedIn
and Meta analytics or Google Analytics, and scheduling tools
like Buffer or Hootsuite.
● Basic knowledge of SEO for blog content.
● Ability to run small experiments and report results clearly.
● Comfort using generative AI tools for drafting and editing,
with good editorial judgment.
● A self-starter who brings ideas for making campaigns go viral
and works independently with a founder.
Assets (optional):
● Interest in AI, B2B technology or regulated industries.
● Influencer outreach or media relations experience.
● French language skills.
