The business operates with a partner laboratory that provides analytical services for testing. Initial research in support of establishing testing methods with lab partners focusing on maternal & infant health factors.

Describe the project.: 

This project focuses on designing and executing a comprehensive social media and marketing strategy for a cutting-edge business at the forefront of its field. The selected candidate will play lead in shaping the company’s digital presence, brand voice, and audience engagement as it prepares for a product launch.

The project offers a unique opportunity to develop and manage dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content development, while also leaning in to help with other responsibilities on product development and operational support.

Responsibilities include creating original, engaging content, monitoring analytics to refine strategies, and building meaningful connections with target audiences. The candidate will work to integrate innovative storytelling techniques, showcase the brand’s values, and amplify its reach through both organic and paid channels.

The business combines creative problem-solving with forward-thinking technology to address unmet needs in its industry.

Required expertise/skills: 

The ideal candidate for this project should bring creativity, strong organizational skills, and a passion for digital marketing and branding. Key qualifications include:
• Marketing Strategy: Understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience targeting, campaign planning, and analytics.
• Social Media Management: Experience in managing and growing social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
• Content Creation: Proficiency in creating engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, short videos, and written posts. Knowledge and experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor performance metrics, interpret data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing campaigns.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and convey brand messaging.
• Adaptability: A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
