Describe the project.: 

This project will focus on developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to grow TAC Security’s customer base by 3,000 new clients.

The project will involve:
- Conducting market segmentation and customer profiling.
- Designing pricing and value-proposition models tailored to SMBs, enterprises, and public institutions.
- Creating digital and offline marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
- Building a sales enablement toolkit, including case studies and ROI models.
- Measuring adoption through KPIs such as customer acquisition rate, customer engagement metrics and adoption trends, and customer lifetime value.

Interns will work alongside TAC’s business leaders to craft the go-to-market strategies that balance growth with customer trust. Outcomes will position TAC Security as a leading cybersecurity provider in Canada’s highly competitive market.

Required expertise/skills: 

- Business strategy, marketing, or management background.

- Experience in market research and data analysis.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Bonus: familiarity with cybersecurity or SaaS go-to-market models.
