Describe the project.:
Partnerships are critical for scaling cybersecurity solutions. For effective scaling in the Canadian market, this project will conduct a comprehensive market scan to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners. The focus will be on but not limited to the following key categories: technology providers, consulting and audit firms, cybersecurity service providers, cybersecurity products resellers, and solution integration companies, to build a robust ecosystem that enhances TAC Security’s market presence.
The project will include:
- Mapping the Canadian cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Studying how partnerships foster innovation diffusion in the cybersecurity sector.
- Identifying partnership categories (technology, professional services, cybersecurity service, resellers, and solution integrators).
- Developing a partner qualification framework based on market reach, strategic fit, and collaboration potential.
- Creating outreach materials and a partnership playbook.
- Preparing recommendations for TAC Security leadership on high-priority partnership opportunities.
Interns will learn how business development strategies are shaped in the cybersecurity sector while contributing to a partnership pipeline that supports both innovation initiatives and revenue growth.
