About the company:

Tidal Learning Solutions Inc. is a Canadian learning solutions company that designs and develops self-paced, online training programs for enterprise software platforms. Its primary focus is creating structured digital learning experiences that help organizations adopt and use complex technology more effectively.
HaloITSM is currently used by more than 8,000 organizations worldwide, and its customer base continues to grow rapidly. Despite this growth, there is no modern, comprehensive training program available for new system administrators. Existing learning resources consist mainly of task-based online guides that explain how to perform specific actions but do not provide a broader understanding of how the platform works as an integrated system.
These guides follow a step-by-step format focused on completing individual tasks without explaining why configurations are made, how system components relate to one another, or how design decisions affect long-term system use. As a result, new administrators often learn isolated procedures but lack the foundational knowledge needed to configure the platform effectively, adapt it to organizational needs, or build sustainable service environments.

Describe the project.:

The improvement priority for Tidal Learning Solutions is to create a structured, concept-driven online training program that supports both practical skills and system understanding. This project goes beyond day-to-day business activities by requiring the design of a complete learning framework, curriculum structure, and digital training content that can be delivered at scale to a global user community.
This challenge requires expertise in instructional design, digital learning development, and enterprise software platforms. Through this project, Tidal Learning Solutions will produce a reusable, scalable HaloITSM Foundations training course that addresses a critical gap in administrator education and supports improved platform adoption and user success.
